Life Insurance,
Purpose Built.
Life doesn't always go according to plan.
Your protection has one.
We are all here to exit.
Only God knows the time to exit.
We don't get to choose how much time we have.
We do get to choose what we leave behind.
A protected home.
An income for the people we love.
Money for final expenses.
A plan for the future.
A legacy with intention.
Live Life On Purpose.
We're the call you make at 2am when everything falls apart, and you don't go through it alone. — Nicole Codling, Creator, The Purpose Built Agency
This is why protection matters.
What are you protecting?
Everyone's answer is different. Tell me what matters to you, and that's where we'll start the conversation.

What I Already Have
Policy ReviewA look at the coverage you already own, so you know whether it still fits your life today.
Sometimes you survive.
And that's when the financial emergency begins.
Three car accidents.
All looked like fender benders.
No broken bones.
Cars fixed in days.
I wasn't.
Single mom.
1099 income.
$425,000 mortgage.
I couldn't work the way I needed to.
But the mortgage was still due.
I didn't have life insurance.
And here's the question I wish someone had asked me:
What happens if you live?
Protection looks different when life gets real.
"Nicole Codling rewrites what it is to be an insurance rep. Never have I had my insurance rep call me to ensure I was happy with my coverage, or take the time to discuss my personal needs and goals."
"Working with Nicole Codling has been an absolute gift. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about insurance, but she's also one of the kindest, most trustworthy people I know."
"When I was diagnosed with cancer, it hit me like a freight train. Life doesn't stop when you get that kind of news, the bills keep coming, responsibilities pile up, and the stress of it all can be overwhelming. Fortunately, I already had coverage in place because of Nicole. I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I ever made.
The policy helped cover expenses during treatment, allowing me to focus on healing and being present with my family, rather than worrying about finances. That kind of peace of mind is hard to put a price on. Nicole isn't just a representative, she genuinely cares. She explained everything clearly, without pressure, and helped me put the right protection in place long before I thought I'd need it."
Client stories reflect individual experiences. Insurance outcomes depend on the specific policy, carrier, and circumstances involved and are not guaranteed to be the same for every applicant.
Plainly written. Honestly answered.
What type of life insurance do I actually need?
It depends on what you're solving for: replacing income for a set number of years, covering a mortgage, building cash value, or covering final costs. Tell me your situation and I'll help you understand which options fit your needs and why.
Is IUL really a good idea?
For the right person, it can be. For someone who primarily needs straightforward income replacement for a set period of time, term insurance may be a better fit. IUL is permanent life insurance that can also build cash value, but it comes with costs, policy requirements and limitations that need to be understood. I'll tell you plainly whether it fits what you're trying to accomplish.
What if I have health problems?
Health history affects your eligibility, which products fit, pricing, and which carriers will consider you. It's not a single yes or no answer. We look across the options available and see what you may qualify for.
How much coverage can I afford?
We start with your budget, not a sales target. I'll show you what different coverage amounts cost and let you decide what makes sense for your household.
Should I keep the policy I already have?
Sometimes yes. A policy review helps you understand whether your existing coverage still fits your life, or whether it's outdated, overpriced, or has gaps you don't know about.
Does life insurance through work follow me?
It depends on your employer's plan. Group life coverage may end when employment ends, while some plans offer portability or conversion options. Personally owned coverage is generally independent of your employer.
Can I get coverage without a medical exam?
Often, yes. Many policies use simplified underwriting that may rely on health questions and electronic records rather than a traditional medical exam. Eligibility and approval times vary by carrier and applicant.
